• Designer Wall Paints, Finishes, and Premium Party Decoration & Flower Designs.
• Modular Kitchen Design, Ceiling & Partition Creations, and Main Door Designs.
• Corian Mandirs with Artistic Detailing, Customized Metal & Wood Wall Clocks.
• Custom Designer Home Furniture and Wooden Furniture Customization.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or product line at any time without prior notice.

Unless otherwise stated, Crinfly Ecosystem and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material, machinery schematics, product designs, and software on the Website. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

You may access this from Crinfly Ecosystem for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions. You must not:

• Republish material, schematics, or custom designs from Crinfly Ecosystem without written permission.
• Sell, rent or sub-license material from Crinfly Ecosystem.
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy machinery blueprints, software codes, or design aesthetics.
• Redistribute content from Crinfly Ecosystem.

As a user of this Website or a potential client engaging with our engineering/sales team, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during consultations or demo requests.
• Not use the Website or our communications for any unlawful purpose.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, databases, or client portals.
• Understand that our website is for B2B and high-end customized B2C interactions, not a retail marketplace.

Because our solutions are highly tailored—from custom modular kitchens to multi-axis industrial CNC routers—prices are not listed directly on the Website for immediate checkout.

• Quotations: Any quote provided by our team is valid only for the duration specified in the official quotation document (typically 15-30 days) and is subject to change based on material costs and import duties.
• Payment Terms: Machinery and custom design projects require advance milestone payments. Exact terms will be negotiated and outlined in a separate Commercial Contract.
• Taxes: All prices quoted exclude applicable GST or international shipping taxes unless explicitly stated.

We believe luxury is crafted, not bought. Precision engineering and custom artistry require time.

Estimated delivery and installation timelines for machinery, turnkey setups, or interior decor solutions will be provided during the contracting phase. While we strive to meet all deadlines, Crinfly Ecosystem is not liable for delays caused by Force Majeure events, supply chain disruptions, or third-party freight delays.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website.

For physical products (Machinery, Furniture, Mandirs):

• Industrial machinery is sold with specific manufacturer warranties which will be detailed in your purchase agreement.
• Custom furniture, decor, and structural installations are crafted to exact client specifications. Warranty regarding wear-and-tear or environmental damage is strictly limited.
• We do not guarantee that our machinery will produce a specific financial yield for your business, as output depends heavily on your operators, materials, and maintenance.

In no event shall Crinfly Ecosystem, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website or the operational use of our machinery. Crinfly Ecosystem shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of our products or services (including production downtimes, material wastage, or loss of profits).

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Crinfly Ecosystem from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms or misuse of industrial machinery provided by us.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Website and refuse service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Our Website may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Crinfly Ecosystem. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Brampton, Ontario, Canada, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
